Behavioral Health

At Fello, the people we serve are at the center of everything we do. Our trained staff start by getting to know you. We understand how your past affects how you feel and act today. We focus on your whole story and help with past trauma.

People are complex. Our thoughts, feelings, and experiences affect how we act in different situations. Fello’s Behavioral Health team supports both disability and mental health needs. We meet you where you are and create places where you feel supported. We look at your whole life, not just a few behaviors or tests.

We help you develop tools and resources to handle life’s many moments. You may want to talk about important things like having close relationships, dealing with loss, and making more decisions in your daily life.

Behavioral Supports

Fello’s team works to truly understand you, the behaviors that make life hard, and the type of life you want. Together with you, our team plans how to move forward with help from your community. We provide you with tools and healthy ways to cope that you can use your whole life.

Mental Health Counseling

Fello has a team of trained, licensed professionals with experience supporting the mental health of people with disabilities. Our team provides one-on-one and group therapy using trauma-informed care.

What is Trauma-Informed Care?

Trauma-informed care means we support you with kindness to better understand your difficult experiences. Trauma is a kind of hurt or pain that can affect how you feel and act.

This type of counseling helps you recognize your pain and look at it in new ways. When you can see your experiences differently, you can develop new thoughts and have better experiences.

Our team knows that people with disabilities often face more hurts—big and small—than people without disabilities. When we provide counseling, we always keep this in mind.

Ready to Apply for Services?

It all starts with getting to know you.

We build our services around what you tell us you want and need. We make sure you have the right help to live the life you want. We want to get to know you—what you like, what you don’t like, what interests you, and what goals you have. This helps us understand what you want and create the right support for you.
