Become a Direct Support Professional today
What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)? A DSP actively supports people with disabilities to live, work, and connect in the community. This role is about empowerment—helping people live on their own terms, make their own decisions, and pursue the lives they choose.
At Fello, we give you the resources you need to do the work you love, including:
- Helpful technology to make recording activities and completing reports easier.
- A company vehicle to provide safe and reliable transportation throughout the community that doesn’t put wear and tear on your personal car.
- Supportive managers who are there for you every step of the way.
- Paid training you need to be confident in your skills and obtain the certifications you need.
- A $2/hour weekend differential for working weekend shifts Saturday at 12:00am to Sunday at 11:59pm.
