As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll apply your knowledge and passion for person-centered support to provide specialized, home-based nursing care to a person we support. You are deeply committed to helping people realize their wellness goals while building a trusting relationship that promotes independence and community inclusion.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide a person-centered level of support to align with the person’s nursing plan and ensure all efforts are documented appropriately. They will facilitate building self-esteem and confidence through positive interactions and communication with the person supported and their family.
Qualification
The LPN will hold a State of Maryland LPN license from the Board of Nursing, have a minimum of one year experience providing nursing services for people with disabilities and have a valid driver’s license issued in the state in which they reside.
