Making a charitable bequest donation to Fello means including us in your will for a set amount of percentage of your estate. Your long-term gift keeps our work going for decades and generations to come.

Special Needs Trust

You can name Fello as a remainder beneficiary of the trust that manages your child’s care. There is no impact on the direction or funding to your child during their life, and after their passing, all or a portion of what remains can be a Special Needs Trust Gift to Fello.

IRA

If you’re 70 1/2 or older, you can make a gift to The Arc from your IRA. This is a tax-savvy way to support The Arc’s work in the community.

To add a bequest to Fello, simply share this paragraph with your attorney. They can modify it as needed to craft your gift according to your wishes.

  • “I hereby give, devise, and bequeath to Fello, or its successors in interest, with offices at 999 Corporate Blvd., Suite 300, Linthicum, MD 21090, federal tax ID 52-6047882, the sum of $ (amount written out), exclusive of my lifetime donations, if any, to be used for Fello’s most urgent priorities as determined by its board of directors in their sole discretion.”
