As the Director of Stakeholder Relations for Self-Directed Services, Peter leads an experienced team of problem-solvers who provide expert customer service, guidance, and education to stakeholders while also researching and resolving any issues reported by Participants and their teams. Peter’s team supports participants in having more choices and control by better understanding and utilizing Fello’s many tools and resources.
