Brandy joined our team in 2023. As the Vice President of People & Culture, Brandy is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and fostering a culture of connection that reflects and amplifies Fello’s core values. Her work not only strengthens the internal community but also positively impacts the people Fello supports every day. Since joining Fello, Brandy has led several transformative initiatives. She developed the Direct Support Professional Career Ladder, creating clear pathways for growth and advancement for Direct Support Professionals. She has also championed Fello’s award-winning Total Rewards package, ensuring employees receive competitive and meaningful benefits. Additionally, Brandy established the Leadership Institute, a professional development program designed to equip Fello’s managers with the tools and skills needed to lead effectively and compassionately.

In her role, Brandy focuses on supporting leaders at every level of the organization, building a strong organizational culture, driving organizational development, and championing Fello’s work around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Brandy empowers employees throughout the organization to enhance their leadership capacity, fostering a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can bring their authentic selves to work.

Brandy holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Towson University and a Master of Education in Higher Education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
