His dedication to empowering communities and strengthening organizations makes him a vital force in advancing Fello’s mission.

Cody joined our team in 2025 as Vice President of Strategy, where he leads the implementation of Fello’s strategic plan and growth initiatives. He partners closely with leadership to align priorities, foster collaboration, and ensure forward momentum in advancing the organization’s vision and mission. In this role, he also facilitates high-level initiatives and supports cross-departmental efforts to drive expansion and innovation.

With nearly a decade of experience in leadership roles at Elevance Inc., Cody has a strong background in program development, mergers and acquisitions, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. His ability to execute large-scale initiatives while fostering a culture of mentorship and innovation directly supports Fello’s commitment to inclusion, equity, and opportunity for people with disabilities.

Cody holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Salisbury University.
