Fello partners with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated. Founded in 1961, Fello continues to lead with heart and purpose, building inclusive communities where everyone belongs.

Description

Fello supports people with disabilities to live the lives they choose. Everyone has unique needs, so at Fello, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to our supports.

People are complex. We are each made of thousands of different experiences that can affect mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Here at Fello, we take the time to understand these experiences and their relationship to behavioral health. As a Behavioral Health Associate, you will use a holistic approach to create an environment that encourages daily success for people we support.

The Behavioral Health Associate will report to the Lead Behavioral Health Clinician and will work collaboratively with a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, persons served, and their teams to support data collection, development, and implementation of behavioral support plans. The associate provides training on behavioral supports, models techniques, maintains clinical notes, and provides feedback on observations to clinicians. The associate is an essential, active member of the Behavioral Health team whose ability to remain flexible, calm under pressure, and to work autonomously with little direction will make them a highly valued, solutions-oriented member of the team.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or applied behavioral analysis is strongly preferred, and three or more years of professional experience providing behavioral supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required. They will have a passion for person-centered planning and self-direction for people with disabilities. This position includes paid professional development and continued education, as well as a competitive benefit package.
