As the Director of Processing Operations, Barbara leads all accounting and processing functions related to payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting for the 10,000 employees of people supported through Fello Self-Directed Services. In her role, Barbara ensures Fello’s processing teams meet and exceed expectations with a focus on customer service, supporting our teams through change, and growing our capacity to continue meeting the needs of our community.
