As the Director of Construction Management, Bobby leads project oversight for all capital construction and renovations across Fello’s affordable and market-rate housing, mixed-use facilities, and corporate offices. He manages a team of Project Coordinators and consultants, ensuring every build is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. Bobby works in close partnership with teams across Fello Communities, bringing a solutions-oriented approach and strong relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors to turn complex projects into thriving spaces.
