As the Director of Knowledge Management, Heather leads the strategy and execution of knowledge-sharing systems across Fello, ensuring that data, reporting, and research are organized and accessible to improve decision-making, efficiency, and innovation. In partnership with the Senior Vice President of Administration & General Counsel and organizational leaders, Heather ensures accurate, timely, and actionable data supports compliance efforts, organizational performance, and strategic planning.
