As Director of Compliance, Ify partners with the Senior Vice President of Administration & General Counsel and collaborates across divisions to ensure Fello and its subsidiaries operate in full compliance with regulatory, licensing, contractual, and COMAR requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating organizational risk. Ify also serves as Safety Officer and facilitates the Health & Safety Committee.
