As our Director of Employer Resources, Leigh leads a large, highly motivated team of managers and specialists to support Participants and their employees as they navigate human resource requirements around onboarding, background checks, benefits, workers’ compensation, and training. Leigh and her team regularly onboard hundreds of employees per month in Self-Directed Services.
