As Senior Director of Self-Directed Initiatives, Marc is responsible for leading all departments within Self-Directed Services and navigating the opportunities that come with being the largest provider of Self-Directed Services in Maryland. Under Marc’s leadership, the team has grown exponentially, increased emphasis on clear and constant communication with all participants and their teams and strengthened the systems and processes.
