As Director of Business Optimization, Meg partners with the Self-Directed Services leadership team to ensure the effectiveness of the Financial Management Services Engine (FMSE) and maximize technology use across all processing areas. She supports strategic priorities and leads process improvement initiatives aligned with Self-Directed Services and other special projects. Meg also project manages and facilitates cross-functional initiatives within Self-Directed Services, with a focus on business optimization.
