Megan joined our team in 2023. As the Senior Vice President of Administration & General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, she provides a wide range of legal advice and guidance and leads the implementation of organization-wide infrastructure and growth. With her years of legal experience and extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal law, Megan oversees corporate governance, government contracts real estate transactions, risk management & corporate safety, litigation, and compliance. Megan also ensures Fello’s administrative functions related to Information Technology align with Fello’s operations and best practices. Her expertise in compliance, privacy and data security helps safeguard Fello’s technology systems, information assets, and business operations.

Megan empowers leaders to think beyond compliance, building programs and infrastructure that foster continuous innovation and improvement. She is an active participant in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel County Food Bank, and a member of the Executive Alliance.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from the

Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. She has received notable recognition for her professional achievements, having been named one of The Daily Record’s Leading Women Under 40 in 2024 and honored as a Leaders in Law, In-House Counsel by The Daily Record in 2025.
