Ross Benincasa is the Senior Vice President of Fello Communities, which develops inclusive communities through innovative projects that combine access to resources, services, housing, and community spaces. He plays an essential role in partnering with leadership to support the strategic growth of the organization.

Ross joined our team in 2024 and has supported transformative projects like Port Street Commons and Easton Crossing, redefining what it means to build communities rooted in inclusion, access, and opportunity. He oversees all aspects of real estate development, including planning, property acquisition, site design, and coordination with community partners and stakeholders. Ross’s work ensures that every development contributes to Fello’s mission of creating spaces where people with disabilities can fully belong

Ross brings over 11 years of experience in community development, with deep roots on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Before Fello, he served as Executive Director of Discover Easton. He is also a Co-founder of Rivers & Roads, an organization offering economic development and tourism consulting to government entities and community organizations.

Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing and Education from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania with a minor in Marketing. His leadership has been recognized by the American Scholastic Press Association for Outstanding Service to the Community, and he was a featured presenter at the 2021 National Main Street Conference.
