The first 100 people to register will receive a party pack that can be picked up from The Arc’s office in Severn (1332 Donald Ave, Severn, MD 21144) or Easton (18 N Hanson St, Easton, MD 21601) by January 6^th. We strongly encourage you to call the office before you head over to ensure there is one available for you.

What if I already registered?

If you purchased a ticket already – The Arc will refund your ticket. If you do not want a refund, you can transition your ticket to a donation to support The Arc’s work for a 100% tax-deduction.

Where can I pick up my party pack?

 Why is the event going virtual?

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Maryland and are preemptively moving this event to a virtual format to ensure the health and safety of our staff and attendees. We are hopeful that we will be in person in 2023.

Is the event still 6-10PM?

No, with the new virtual format – the event will take place from 7:00-8:00PM.

Join us on Monday, January 13th at The BBQ Joint Easton. Enjoy lunch or dinner by dining in or carry-out and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to The Arc!

Located in the heart of downtown Easton, The BBQ Joint is a small casual restaurant serving up Chef Andrew Evans’ award-winning competition BBQ in Easton, MD.

 

Join The Arc Central Chesapeake Region for an evening of dinner and dancing at the Snowflake Ball. The ball will take place on Saturday, January 25^th, 2020 at The DoubleTree by Hilton – Annapolis from 6:00PM – 10:00PM.

Registration will close on January 20, 2020 – no registration will be available at the door. Each person attending must purchase a ticket for themselves. Tickets are $25 each. Free tickets are reserved for staff who will be working with the person they support throughout the event. You may register multiple people at a time, but please make sure to list any dietary requests on the registration form along with the person’s name.

You may pay with rep payee funds by selecting that ticket option. However, all payment must be received prior to January 25^th.

The Snowflake Ball will take place rain, shine, or snow. No refunds will be granted for inclement weather.

Ledo Pizza has been around since 1955, making its famous rectangular shape. Rolled to order with fresh handmade dough topped with the same high-quality cheese and the same style tomatoes.

Chuy’s will be donating 10% of food sales all day to The Arc.
